Most people these days are computer users, but a bit fairly they know what are those things their PCs have, and yet to discover in the first place. With this is mind, you can utilize a Window built-in utility which is called System Info if you want to discover details about your computer which are of interest to you, the installed software and hardware, and the Random Access Memory your PC have.

  • ·          Freeware of System Info

Aside from the built-in System Info, there are a lot of free programs that provides more information such as software license keys which are provided.

  • ·          System Info know-how

There are two-pane platforms where the System Info opens. The details will be visible on the right pane, while on the left pane, the entries – Software Environment, Components, Hardware Resources, and System Summary – are included. For you to make the list expand, you may click the plus sign (+), afterwards, click the sub-category you desired when you like to view the details of each classification excluding – System Summary.

  • ·          From the command line you may open System Info 

For users of Windows Operating Systems like – 7, Vista, and eXPerience, you may need to enter – startmsinfo32 after opening the command line is another method of utility access.

  • ·          Vista or 7 of Windows

The menu for the Start should be opened. For users of Windows 7, you may enter – msinfo32 in the box provided; for Windows Vista users, enter – msinfo32 instead. On the menu’s topmost portion, you may click on – msinfo32.exe or msinfo32

  • ·          eXPerience (XP-Windows)

For users of Windows XP, the following steps are to be done: 

The menu for Start should be opened. Afterwards, you may click on Run then enter – msinfo32. When you’re done with all the steps, you may click OK.

(Note: You may also find the System Info by going to Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools on majority of eXPerience (XP) Operating Systems.)

 

For both 64-bit and 32-bit users, Belarc Advisor can function well on all latest versions of Windows, except for Windows 7 because you will automatically be prompted by the system that the software you are installing is not correctly installed.
