You can register for CCNA exam in 3 ways, one is to contact a Pearson Vue Call Center and register through a call center agent. the other one is to Register online through Pearson Vue website. and the last one is to register through your local Pearson Vue testing Center.
To register your exam using Pearson Vue Call center you can dial their toll free number at Philippines 1800-1110-0796 tell the call center everything they need to know about yourself and the exam you are about to register. You will be asked for your credit card for the payment of your exam.

1. Start by Selecting which category will the CCNA exam belongs to. Of course CCNA belongs to Information Technology. Click Information Technology (IT)
2. Select Testing Program. Click CISCO Systems, you will be directed to the next page.
3. Select a program for your account there are two programs one is Career Certifications and Specialization Exams and the other is Online Exams. In this case you need to Click the Career Certifications and Specialization Exams
4. After clicking Career Certifications and Specialization Exams you will be ask to login. Its your first time to register for CCNA exam so you need to Sign up first before you can continue the registration.
5. Click the Create a Web Account to sign up. You will be ask to fill up all the necessary information about yourself. You need to supply facts because information you enter will be used for your future certification exams.
6. After successfully creating your Pearson Vue web account. You can now continue your CCNA exam registration. You will select which exam will you register you have to select Exam 640-802 and then select which testing center will your exam be held. Select Computer Networking Career and Training Center and then choose the payment method will you use. If you have Exam voucher you can use the voucher if you do not have a voucher you need a credit card for your payment.
